They did the job in half the time that I was quoted at the dealership saving me money in labor costs and their quote was already lower from start I won't go anywhere else thank you big o white sage

The sales associate Joe was very professional and nice. Did not have to wait a long period of time. The lobby and waiting area was very neat and clean.

The service was excellent and I am please with my repairs. The only issue I have is, I requested that I wanted my four ties returned to me, when I arrived home I noticed that I only had three ties in my car. I call and spoke with someone and explain my situation and he took my information and said he would get back to me as of today I have not heard back from him.

Joseph is always cheerful and ready to help. He made recommendations that were necessary for my safety and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I live much closer to the El Paseo location, but I drive to White Sage because they have earned my trust and my business many times over.

I had basic maintenance work done. Wheel balance and rotation, alignment check and safety check service. Appointment was made online. Very easy. I was called when work completed. All great. I will return for future needs.

I needed a tire repair. Turns out that a nail was the slow leak cause. Nail was close to sidewall, the crew was able to repair the tire! So a new tire purchase was not needed. I was advised that my tires will be good for another 10K miles. I was surprised that I was not charged for the tire repair, amazing! I’ll see ya in 10K miles for a new set of tires. Also, I’ll let folks know that Big O Tires is the best place with regards for tires!
