Big O Tires

I got a nail in a rear tire of my Kobota tractor while doing volunteering work moving dirt and lifting heavy building materials to the top a new building. I didn't know it was going flat until I got it on the trailer to head home. Stopped to get checked out and was told I needed a new tube and it would have to be ordered and in stock the next day. Sure enough I got a call that my tractor was ready the next morning. Great service, professional knowledge of the circumstances and expeditious reaction to getting the problem solved. "It don't get no better than this."

I was told it would be a 3+ hour wait. I was out the door in less than an hour. Fantastic!

Once again Joe and your alignment tech have earned a gold star. I very recently bought a Volvo at the Audi dealership in El Paso. One of the stipulations from me was that I got a new set of tires and an alignment. I did get new tires and they gave me an alignment report showing the car did need and got a fresh alignment. But something just didn't feel right so I took the car to your store the other day and asked for the alignment to be checked. Sure enough it was way out from specs so your alignment tech did his magic and it's now like driving a new car. What a difference! The service is great, the guys are great. I'll always come back.

Called and Jo took my appointment. Arrived and Jo checked me in. Provided everything I needed to know. Very helpful land service was done faster than I expected. I’m from out of State. When I come back(often) I will ask for Jo for future service. Thank you Big O team

Joe was AWESOME! I had an unrepairable flat on an old tire. So I needed 4 new tires, and I knew what I wanted. To get my business, Joe got the tires I wanted from El Paso the next day, and had them mounted and balanced by day’s end, and I had to leave town the following morning (in this car). Joe was a lifesaver. I can’t sing his praises any higher!!!
