The pricing on the services I get at Big O Tires is very reasonable. The location is close to where I live. The ease of getting in and out at this location is wonderful, lots of room and no traffic issues. I like the staff here and the way I am treated EVERY time I am a customer.

It was my first time coming to big o tires and I'm a firm believer of first impressions and I liked the professionalism and cleanliness of the business also the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helped me outweigh the cost vs reward when it came to my vehicle and I appreciated that very much.

The team was friendly from start to finish. I called ahead on a Friday to ask about tires and they weren't in stock, she let me know they can order them and be here by Monday. She called Monday morning and let me know they were in and by the afternoon when i went in i was greeted and within minutes my car was taken back. They let me know how long it would take and went over my alignment report upon check out and gave me information on rotation and future alignments.

I called to inquire about a wheel alignment. I chose the basic package $89 alignment. I was surprised with how quickly my car was ready. I had a wonderful experience and everyone was so friendly.

Great Service. I went in fully expecting to buy a new TPMS. I had a tire and TPMS fail a while back and the TPMS fault message came back on. They could have sold me another 100 dollar sensor and I would have been fine. Instead they reset the TPMS , cleared the warning and sent me away without a fee. Honest auto service seems rare these days . I definitely come back again! Thanks Gents
