Great experience all the way through

Called the store beforehand to inquire about an alignment and was met with very friendly and concise information about the then current wait time to both be serviced and the estimated length of service. Once the techs did thier initial assessment they communicated clearly what parts were necessary as well as the reason and the price. Excellent service.

Great service

I waited 5 hours to get tires breaks and alignment done, but it was so worth it. I am completely 100% satisfied with the job that was done. I am so bad with names but the female customer service agent at this store is wonderful. She explained everything to me in detail so I could better understand the services I needed and was receiving. i will definitely be back and will highly recommend. thank you so very much

Nikki and the entire crew were very helpful and super kind. They went out of their way to explain the details of the different options as well as pricing along with the recommended based on the tire they use on their vehicle.

I was pleased from the moment I walked to the shop To the end. Went to the shop for brake inspection they gave me an estimate and they resurfaced the rotors rotated the tires. Eventually I'll go back to replace the pads and rotors. Definitely I'll go back to service my truck.

The service done on my truck was excellent. When I picked up my vehicle, the young lady at the counter was cheerful, polite, very nice and kind but she definitely needed some more help at the counter as there was several people waiting to be waited on by her. But even thou, she never lost her composure and I appreciate her service. She thanked me and shook my hand as I was leaving. Definitely represents your company in a very positive manner. Done work fast and was informed by sales associate how long it will take to finish

First time at this new store. Went there for the convenience of location. I knew which tires I wanted and wanted to get an alignment at the same time and place. Tires were in the store by the end of the day. Work was done the next day promptly and so far so good.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Stopped in to price two tires, which they had in stock and could put them on right away and was i formed my front brakes were shot which I knew they would need replacing soon anyway because they were pulsating. Had all the work done in a reasonable amount of time. I've always been treated well at this sight and will continue to do business there and I will recommend it to others as well. Thanks Big O.
