Niki and the rest of the crew made me feel that I was important and checked with me that I was doing good waiting. A really great team. Top notch customer service. I always go to Big O for most of the issues that come up with my vehicles and will plan on going continuing to take all my vehicles there. Quality work and for me that means a lot.

I waited 5 hours to get tires breaks and alignment done, but it was so worth it. I am completely 100% satisfied with the job that was done. I am so bad with names but the female customer service agent at this store is wonderful. She explained everything to me in detail so I could better understand the services I needed and was receiving. i will definitely be back and will highly recommend. thank you so very much

Big O has been my go to place for automotive maintenance for more than 25 years. It was obvious from the first encounter with the company that customer service was a high priority. The staff always makes an extra effort to make sure that the customers are satisfied.

I was pleased from the moment I walked to the shop To the end. Went to the shop for brake inspection they gave me an estimate and they resurfaced the rotors rotated the tires. Eventually I'll go back to replace the pads and rotors. Definitely I'll go back to service my truck.

The service done on my truck was excellent. When I picked up my vehicle, the young lady at the counter was cheerful, polite, very nice and kind but she definitely needed some more help at the counter as there was several people waiting to be waited on by her. But even thou, she never lost her composure and I appreciate her service. She thanked me and shook my hand as I was leaving. Definitely represents your company in a very positive manner. I will continue to have my truck serviced at your location. Thank you.

I brought my car in for a brake job but Joseph called me and told me my brakes were fine and didn't need any work. I really appreciate his honesty and will certainly come back in the future.

First time at this new store. Went there for the convenience of location. I knew which tires I wanted and wanted to get an alignment at the same time and place. Tires were in the store by the end of the day. Work was done the next day promptly and so far so good.

Stopped in to price two tires, which they had in stock and could put them on right away and was i formed my front brakes were shot which I knew they would need replacing soon anyway because they were pulsating. Had all the work done in a reasonable amount of time. I've always been treated well at this sight and will continue to do business there and I will recommend it to others as well. Thanks Big O.
