Big O Tires

That was some of the best help I've had when getting work done on my vehicle. I was met in the parking lot by a representative ready to help me with my nearly bald tires. He helped find the right options and didn't try to get me to by a more expensive option like the last time I got the tires changed (not at a Big O). The new building was pleasant, the service was great. I had new tires installed and the alignment checked in less than an hour. I have already recommended this location to friends and family.

Kevin Took care of my vehicle and tire rotation. After explaining to me why they did not want to rotate tires six years and older. He was patient with me and approve the rotation after we had a good and educational conversation.

Went in to get a set of Michelin highway tires for my pickup. Erin was excellent. She got tires ordered and most importantly called me when they came in. Was there about 1 hour. Service was fast. Love my new tires.

Had wheel balance and alignment. Called before I came. I was in and out under 90 minutes. Everyone very nice. Facility had new face lift in lounge, very nice.great service and pric we.

I usually am hesitant to go to any Big Os from prior experiences, but going to this new Big O changed my mind for Las Cruces locations. The staff members were friendly and the Supervisor was very patient as it was obvious he was training new countermen.

High Professionalism

I brought the car in knowing it needed an alignment due to an accident. The staff took great care of the situation, including drying out the key so the car would start - the key was accidently dropped in the commode.

As always the team working here is friendly professional experienced and helpful. Honest as well.

The guys at this store have always been very helpful and friendly during my visits, they were gracious enough to take my car (for an oil change and tire rotation) even though they were extremely busy, I received excellent service!

I called about wait time for a balance. They said, 'we work you in right away!' This place is my new tire store. Forever. And they do repair. I was in and out in like 6 minutes.

As I came in to get a wheel alignment, there was no need to offer a free alignment check. I knew the alignment was needed. The attendant, Joseph, was very friendly and helpful. He made the entire experience very satisfactory.

I have been there twice for different reasons. The fist was for the suspension on my truck. I had Rear Leaf Spring, Shackles, and wheel alignment done. I liked when I took my truck Joe immediately said let’s go outside and look at it. He got on the ground and said my struts were leaking. I got it all taken care of the same day. I had my oil changed and tires rotated the second time I visited the location. I appreciate when they communicate with you and explain what needs to be done. Not all places do that. Thank you Big O tires and Thank you Joe and the rest of the team. I wish more business would realize communication is very important. Big O does a good job all the way around.

Came from out of town, during our drive to las cruces we got a flat tire. When we arrived at BigO, i was immediately greeted at my car, something i have never had before at a tire shop. The guy was extremely friendly, listened to my story and what we needed with 100% attention. After i decided to get all 4 replaced, however you guys didnt have my tire in stock. Your employee offered to call the oother stores around the area and see if he could find them. I ended up just going with the ones y'all had. This was the best experience i've ever had at a tire store. The non-pushy, customer friendly, and helpful service makes me wish we had a BigO where i live. 10/10

Awesome friendly staff

I was pleased that there are places that one can go and still feel appreciated as a customer. I want to thank all that were involved in my experience at Big O. I think I found a new tire service place for my family.

Niki and the rest of the crew made me feel that I was important and checked with me that I was doing good waiting. A really great team. Top notch customer service. I always go to Big O for most of the issues that come up with my vehicles and will plan on going continuing to take all my vehicles there. Quality work and for me that means a lot.
