Big O Tires

I was given incorrect information at the desk when I had asked for some information about getting my timing chain checked on my vehicle. when I went in today (6/18/18) another employee said that they do not work on timing chains because they are internal components of the engine and they do no do anything with internal engine components. Other then that one issue the services where great. I will continue to do my business at this location. I love how friendly the employees are at this location.

The sales associate and service personnel repaired my tire so I did not have to buy a new one. The service completely in a timely manner.

I scheduled my appointment online. I didn’t have to make a payment or anything like with other tire places. When I arrived, the staff was super nice and explained the process. Even after they had my truck, they talked with me while I waited on my ride. The tire replacement and alignment was super fast. They called when it was finished and took the time to talk with me about the service well after. Every single person there was super friendly (I interacted with five separate employees and all were equally helpful and courteous).

I had a noise coming from the left rear of my car while driving. I took my car to a repair shop in town and was told I needed to replace the rear strut as it had broken and the repairs would run $650.00. I told them I would need to think about it. A couple of weeks later I took my car in to Big O and mentioned the problem. When they looked at it they found the noise was caused by loose bolt on a shock absorber. My car has 144K miles so I went ahead and had them replace both rear shocks. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the service from this store.

The representatives I worked with were friendly and even looked to see if there were any discounts I could use which there was a mail in rebate

Purchased 4 Cooper tires, had to wait until they were delivered next day from El Paso which was no big deal, things happen!!! The staff was very knowledgble, courteous and eager to please. Did not take long to have tires installed. The car rides smoother and quieter since I put the Coopers on and when I or my husband need tires again we will definitely come to the Big O! Good price on the tires also, checked prices around town and yours was the best!!

Everything was completed fairly quick.

I came in for an oil change and also had my cabin filter changed. The employees were great and it only took a little under an hour even with needing to order my oil filter.

I scheduled an appointment but needed to move it up a day early due to work travel. The staff accommodated my needs and helped me out that morning. Friendly, fast and paid less than expected. Visit this location you won’t be let down

First and foremost, I love the staff. Scott (Guy in garage who does the work on my car) Erin and the rest of the staff are great. Typically, i only deal with Erin. After my last few experiences I was highly frustrated, and determined to only deal with Erin. Saturday, I took the two new tires I purchased from a dealer in El Paso to have them placed on my car. I was a little frustrated because while I was there, the manager indicated he could meet or beat the price I paid... Why didn't the sales clerk just offer to do that in the first place? Why have me do all the leg work in the first place? If I'm truly a "valued customer" and you know I'm going to bring the tires to you, buy the warranty from you and have you do all the rotation work, etc., why not just offer me the tire in the first place? If you can get the tire, why not sell me the tire in the first place? It's nice to hear "I would have matched or beat the price". How about put those words into action.

The staff is exceptional! Very knowledgeable and friendly every time I go there! Always feel they give good, honest advise too. Makes me trust getting other services besides tires.

I've had two of my vehicles outfitted with new tires at this location in the past 6 months. Both times the staff were friendly and informative. I got good products at great prices....I'm happy!

I do not go anywhere else for service since this store opened. Everyone is friendly, professional and do not try to force any services you are not ready for. They especially treat women like they know what they are talking about and do not question. They tell you what is available and what they can do to enhance the vehicle but do not make you feel like you have to have the service unless you really do. Will continue to go back.

The store manager, Kevin Miller, was extremely helpful, going above and beyond what I would consider typical/normal. The situation was both unusual and complex and Kevin worked through it with a cheerful and kind attitude. He also saved me money on a necessary “outside of Big O” parts purchase. This was not the first time that Kevin provided me with very helpful service above and beyond the norm. I am VERY happy with Big O!

I honestly thought "superb" customer service was a thing of the past, a long, long time ago. Not with Big O and my experience late this afternoon. They just won another customer. Thanks for restoring my faith that honest / hardworking businesses still exist in this day & age!

I've been another tire company client my entire life and decided to give you all a shot since I was on that part of town and was very pleased by the customer service and prompt service. Definitely will be returning.
