Big O Tires

We are new to Las Cruces and needed to get our oil changed. Based on reviews we've read and recommendations from others, we went to Big O Tires. We were not disappointed. Staff were very friendly, gave us an accurate estimate of how long it would take and offered us a ride. Everyone was very professional and we will surely be back for future oil changes and other car needs. Truly a gem in Las Cruces!!

The contact person, Joseph was very helpful. He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. When I took the vehicle in for the tires, the wait time was under an hour. The entire process went well and I am pleased with the entire transaction.

Yes, the store is clean; however, many people waited in the lounge for there vehicle services. But the staff didn't pay attention to the coffee machine, #no coffee made. I took a coffee picture from a burner, that was burning (it smelled).

I recently had a minor accident blowing three of my tires. I was towed to big O by reccomendation of a friend. Kevin was the first to greet us. He handled everything! He definitely catered to and accomendated all of our needs. He was extremely helpful with the insurance claim and walked us through everything step for step and still got us a great deal!! Absolutely returning!! Thank you so much

Great experience with tire replacement

I try 5 other tires shop, and they didn't help me with my problem. The Personnel at Big O Tires I knew exactly what I was talking about, and helped me with my problem, we 4 pair of brand new tires and an alignment, we are very happy customers. And I we'll be bring in my other vehicle to get an alignment also

I had not made an appointment, but received fast service.

Bought a set of cooper a/t tires. Customer service was great. Service was fast and everyone was very courteous. A few days later I took another vehicle in for a flat tire, again, service was excellent, and to my surprise I wasn't even charged fir the repair. When my truck is ready for a set of tires I will be seeing Big O again.

We were very happy with the friendliness and the knowledge of what we wanted and needed. Jeissen was very kind and he knew exactly what was needed for our suburban.

Ryan worked on my M235 front tire replacement. He was thorough and careful during the tire installation. I appreciate the great customer service I experience with your team. Plus, I didn't have to wait longer to pay. They had an internet connection issue and mentioned they would just take care of it the following morning. Thank you!

Very easy to schedule an appointment when I needed it. Took me right in on my appointment date. I waited at the facility. It was very clean and the employees were friendly. Approximately 40 minutes from arrival to departure.

I'm in town to settle my brother's estate after sudden passing of sister in law. My niece was going to drive sister-in-law Mina van back to Iowa. A front tire had slow leak, and I was concerned that the other tires looked old . I told store manager my concerns and he put two men on it right away. They repaired the tire told me my niece would be fine driving the tires to Iowa and would not let me pay for the repair! They could have sold me a new set and actually thought they would. Honest honest honest is how describe this store to everyone I meet. They certainly did not have to Comp the repair but showed compassion for my situation obviously.

Customer was amazing as always, and they remember their customers and always greet you by name! Will call and or text updates and let you know progress or something is need to complete the job

As a former owner of the tire & auto repair shop in another city for the last 25 years, I tend to be a little critical on auto shops efficiency and service. I went in on a Saturday morning to have the tires on my F250 rebalanced at the location off of Sonoma exit. When I arrived everyone was very attentive, polite. the technician that worked on my vehicle as I conversed with him, I found him to be very knowledgeable, efficient and conscientious. Although I did not have an appointment I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Upon leaving and getting on the interstate I heard a loud noise that sounded like a rock or a wheel weight striking the inner fender. (Fault of the wheel weight not the installation) I took the truck back the following Monday to have it checked. Again, I was greeted in the same manner and although I just asked for the left front tire to be checked the service writer offered to have both front tires rebalanced. I did not have an appointment I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. impressed by their customer service and thankful.

Great customer service

Kevin, Juan, Joe, and Joseph all did an exceptional job of making things right, I came in for an oil change and transmission fluid change, when I picked up my vehicle...the check engine light came on. Well my truck has always had a gremlin, but they were able to determine that my fuel pump was going out. They swapped it out and I was back in business, their Tech Luis knows what he is doing and I couldn't be happier with how my truck is running again.

The service was great. Had my truck dropped off by a tow truck and they were helpful with this. They immediately took a look at my truck and told me exactly what needed to be fixed. Got the job done right and back on the road quick. Thanks!!
