Big O Tires

I switched to Big O over three years ago after getting thoroughly disgusted with treatment at another tire only company that I was getting poor service from after being a customer for almost a decade. The employees always acknowledged my presence when I walked in especially when they were busy. I have recommended your services to multiple friends and neighbors. I hope to continue being a customer for as long as I am driving. :)

Service was as fast as possible (they had to send for a tire. Just overall good service.

The team at Big O Tires in Las Cruces was very friendly and helpful. They honored that we'd purchased our tires at Big O in northern Colorado and rotated our tires without charge. They topped off fluids that had depleted since our oil change 4 months ago and charged our truck battery that was completely dead. All of this service was gratis! We're big fans!

The sales representative was fantastic. We needed tires on sort notice and he was able to track them down, help us setup a business account and get the tires mounted in the same day. Fortunately, the tires were available with a local supplier. I greatly appreciate the professional and prompt treatment by these folks.

There was great teamwork at Big O Tires in Las Cruces/White Sage Arc. I worked with several people to get new tires and an alignment. The associates worked together without any overt animosity.
