I waited a long time. I understand that and accepted that I was there on a busy day and didn't mind the wait, as I had no other plans that day. However, I wasn't feeling great and so was very relieved when I was told it was complete and that I would be called to check out when the girl in front was finished with the customers she was currently with. She was taking her time and being helpful to them and about 20 minutes later I came to the front from the waiting room since I had not been called. She continued to help them as she was the only one at counter at the time. Finally, another 15-20 minutes later she finished with them and I was sitting there in view sure I would be next. She took a call and another employee cane to the other counter. I figured maybe he would call me. Nope. Two people walked in and they were taken care of by the girl and other employee. A phone call was made, and yet another person came in to see if their car was ready and they were helped, checked out, and sent on their way. I finally went to the counter before anyone else was taken before me. I asked if I could possibly pay since I was told my car was ready about 45 minutes prior. Now, my son does work there, but I don't believe he was working much on my car, but when I brought it in, he had introduced me to the girl and maybe a manager or owner, I'm not sure; so I figured the girl, while she was busy, and it had been about a total of 4-5 hours, it may have slipped her mind that I was my sons mom. I didn't expect any special treatment due to that fact, I did expect that since my finished car bag/slip was in front of her, she would call me at some point, so when I took it upon myself to pay, she introduced me to the other employee. My point is that she knew I had been waiting a long time and at least an additional 30 minutes at the table in her view waiting to pay. Busy acceptable...ignoring finished tickets and taking not one but three people before me while I was waiting to pay was kind of discouraging. Other than that, the service is always good at this store. It is clean and well maintained. I always refer people there and am happy that my son enjoys his work environment there as well.

Very courteous and dependable service

After all the services were performed on my vehicle I was very pleased, aside that a lug nut or a bolt was stripped or broken during the service is something different all together. High impact equipment is used which can sometimes result in stripped lug nuts or bolts or at worst broken sheared bolts from The Hub. My opinion... If I leave my car in your care and get it back with less bolts then it originally had you should cover the cost to replace those bolts since it was in your care while performing services, other than that your timeliness and courtesy and professionalism is on point.

We were traveling with our 5th wheel travel trailer from Arizona and passed through Las Crusas, New Mexico and had a flat tire on the trailer. Fortunately, we were close to this Big O Tire Store were we bought a new tire and changed our oil.

Wonderful experience, as always! I greatly appreciated the quick service and attentive staff that helped me out of my bind, a screw in my tire! It was a free patching and they even had donuts and coffee since I showed up in the hour after they opened. Thank you guys!

Customer service was easy to deal. Not only good customer service they also attended my issue right away. The issue was fixed in a very timely manner.

Good customer service

Yes, your service exceeded my expectations! You help resolve a problem with my tire indicator light which took up about 45 minutes to an hour of your time. I offered to pay for your time but Roger would not have it. He said all I need is a handshake. Everyone is wonderful there and I thank you for your service.

The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The space was clean and comfortable and it was very easy.

I took my car in for a thermostat issue and found out it was a different issue. The team there at ur store identified the issue, and called me every step of the way to keep me informed of what was going on. The total price paid for everything was reasonable and still cheaper than the price at the dealership I usually take my car too. Great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, will take all three of my vehicles for service there.

Each and every time I have been a Big O customer needing service, the staff have always been very helpful, courteous, and patient with me, explaining everything so I could understand what was the issue with my car and what the solution will be. The warranty on my tires is a big plus as well!

Great Place!

I walked in planning to schedule an alignment for another day. The gentleman at the service desk explained that they weren't overly busy and they could do that now. Then the told me my alignment was under warranty so there was no charge. What could be better!

I had a great experience at Big O , went in with a tire that had a slow air leak and decided to get an oil change also . The service was great , the staff was friendly . Over all a good experience.
