Big O Tires

I needed to buy a new tire. One of mine had went flat. I had the spare on my car and the tire I needed replaced in the back cargo area. When I got my car back, they had put the spare tire back into place, under the car, not just put it in back. I was thrilled with this small surprise. I expected it to be placed in back, just like they had found the other tire. This extra step of putting it back made things so easy for me. Thank you so much.

They got my vehicle in quicker than expected. the staff was very friendly and highly professional. since it was tire puncture they didn't charge me for the service.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Big O Tire because of the service provided my my vehicle. I called ahead to inquire if there was a very long wait to service my vehicle. It was nit so I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. A short time after dropping off my vehicle I received a call from Big O Tire informing me that the vehicle was ready. Very happy with the service.

Brought my car in to check out shaking issue that sometimes happened, the techs found some issues but suggested that I get my transmission checked. When I picked up my car I asked if they could direct me to someone to check my transmission for me, and they gave me a name so I didn't have to take a shot in the dark trying to find someone. They are just friendly and helpful and if they don't do a service I'm pointed to someone who can. It's not only the service that is good it's the customers service that stands out.
