They were busy on Saturday, and I was given a ride home by Juan as I had to leave my vehicle to get serviced. Juan picked me up at my home and took me back to the Shop when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Excellent service as always.

New tires, awesome guys at that location

I came in because I needed a patch on my tire due to a nail. The associate, Joe, checked me in and said it would take about 30 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later my tire was fixed and my car was parked out front. I asked how much for the service and Joe told me no charge. I thought that was great and I will always be a Big O Tire customer for what he did. Great service.

They had to order the tires from off site, but got them in a timely manner. The installation service was very good.

I should have gotten the name of the service manager who took care of us...but he was exceptional. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. My wife has been with Big O for a long time and I deal with Discount for the same reason. If anyone changes in their performance then we both have service options. Can't complain from what I've seen from Big O.
