They where fast and friendly. It only took 1/2 hour to replace my tires.

I asked for a quote. They had the tires in stock and the time it took them to put the tires on was extremely quick.

I have had service completed twice in the last three weeks. A rear noise diagnosis and resolution took three visits. A low tire was diagnosed and resolved within fifteen minutes.

Great service at a fair price.

My car was getting a pre-trip inspection and was told an appointment was not necessary. I arrived at 6:55, 1st customer. After I waited 1hr 15 mins, I asked what was taking so long. I was told there were no available bays because they were finishing work from the day before. If I would have been told this in the beginning I would have been fine. It didn't make sense and I didn't know exactly what the customers that came in after me were having done to their car but they were leaving way before me. I waited another 10 minutes or so. I will be back because I trust you but communication up front or during my visit would have been nice.

The individual who helped me with a nail in tire was friendly, competent and highly service-oriented. Sorry, I can't recall his name (tall, thin build, balding guy) but he excels in outstanding customer service. He actually seemed happy to help as opposed to acting like I'm an inconvenience. His service would make me return to Big O Tires. He greeted everyone with a smile, and was efficient, courteous, competent and helpful. In the post-covid days of non-existent or routinely crappy customer service. this guy excelled in outstanding customer service. What a pleasant surprise as I routinely DO NOT see this at any number of business, local and chains. In fact, it's become the norm to expect bad service as "the best we can offer, you know, covid. etc." I would highly recommend Big O Tire and certainly will return when I need service or tires.

Everything was great. The only issue was that I had to come back because my check tire pressure light was on. It was handled immediately with professionalism and kindness from the counter person and the tech.
