Big O Tires

mannerly, friendly.... upon readiness to pay bill, the person on the dedl mentioned I should get a new battery since as soon as weather gets cold, it would need to be replaced....well, to me a new battery should have been suggested/offered while my truck was being serviced, not afterward...now I have to make another trip and use time to get new battery when it coyud have been dine all at once...particularly when I mentioned I have some cross-country trips coming up! Use of time to me is very important!

Hard to get tires I needed, they found them. Very friendly service. Fast and efficient, clean store and great location for us.

Joseph was and is always phenomenal and patient when we go in. My only negative on my last visit was not having my alignment done. Joseph said they may not have time as they were busy and that's totally ok, however I pick up my car at 5:15 pm and it's already done. Shop had 1 car in it with several guys standing around shop and around dumpster just hanging out but you had no time to do my alignment! I was told I could come back tomorrow but I said I was leaving town! Never had this experience with Big o and hope it never happens again!

I really appreciated the friendliness of Joe Miele, our associate at the White Sage Las Cruces Location. He was amazing and got me back on the road so fast!

Discount Tires ruined my tire pressure gauge sensors. Three of them. I’ll never go back. I was getting my oil change at Ropers because I knew the owner. Sloppy job. Will never go back. You worked on my brakes for my F-250. Good job. You guys do everything. I’ll be back again.

I moved to El Paso but still come to get help from Joe. I trust him and his experience and he’s very straight forward and honest. There are plenty of other places I could go in my community but choose to drive back to Las Cruces just to see Joe and his team. I’ve probably spent $2,000 on both vehicles the last few days but it’s worth it for the service received.

I took my car in on a busy Saturday with no appointments and they were able to accommodate me and repair my tire quickly. They were friendly professional and helped me with general questions that I had not even related to the tire. I will definitely use pico every time now

I have chosen to go to Big O Las Cruces because they are friendly professional and very efficient. I do not recommend other Big O around the area. I do not recommend the Store in Ruidoso New Mexico! I drive to Las Cruces New Mexico because they just make the trip so valuable to me!
