Awesome staff, quality work. Just make sure to ask for courteous check for all your fluids they let me roll out with a quart low of oil. Other that that awesome!

We received a replacement tire, but they had some confusion about which tire we were going to get. This caused it to take longer to finish. The service overall was good.

Quickly found my issue on a tire with slow leak, ordered tire. When it did not arrive on time via FedEx, found another supplier and got a tire in the next day

I had just had my car in to have the brakes fixed, and then after bringing it in again because of a weird noise, I was told that I would have to have my rear brake drums replaces. That would be another $240 added to the original $335 that I had spent a week before.

It was quicker than I thought! I was worried I wouldn’t have time to return to work but surprisingly was efficient. I believe my tire just needed a patch, which they ended up taking care of it with no cost to me. Always had good experiences with my other car.

When I left ever-thing was great and there it was warning light for low tire front left, rear right and then front right. After all the great work and two new tires why cant these be rest? james

I've been taking my car for few yrs now and I've never had a problem with their service.

* Had headlights buffed and all wiper blades replaced. Buffing compound was splattered on windshield and car hood. Should have been cleaned off. * Don't even have 2,000 miles on my car from last oil change. I CAN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT OIL CHANGE BECAUSE THE USAGE DATE HAS ALREADY EXPIRED! WE ALL KNOW YOU CAN GO BEYOND 2,000 MILES BETWEEN CHANGES!

Before i could walk in the building i was greeted by Joseph Miele. We spoke and he guided me inside the building and went to his computer to find the part i needed. Luckily he found it at a local dealership and Joseph made arrangements for the part to be delivered to Big O Tires. My truck was fixed with in a few hours. With the great customer service I was shown (and Joseph's awesome personality)...i will go back to Big O for my car/truck care

Got the job done that I needed. However, because of the alignment specs the lead technician was not happy about me brining my car in 4 hours before closing while having to do other alignments. So there is major disconnect between scheduling appointments and the walk in alignment capabilities.
