Big O Tires

I went in for a full service oil change and also I had a ticket for a free balance and rotation, I was watching the whole time to the bay window and I am pretty sure that my tires were rotated they were just never put on the balancing machine. I understand if the coupon is out there and a lot of people come through with the 'need" for a tire balance and rotation but what I witnessed was a quick lift the tires removed and rotated but not once did I catch him putting any of them tires on the balancing machine which was one of my primary things to get done since I was having some driving issues with my vehicle. All in all my van drives fine and I'm just happy that you get the rotation in the oil change done but people coming in with coupons for specifics and those specifics aren't met just Please be aware that your customer base is watching through the bay window , judging your performance, and your professionalism ,and your quality of work for future reference.

I thought I needed my alternator replaced but after they check the alternator and starter they found nothing wrong. Most places would have replaced it and I would have never known. Their honesty is something I value. Will recommend to others.

Like the fact that after returning home and letting the engine cool the oil was exactly on the full mark. Computer/printer issue: Had to return the next day to pick up print-out of service performed and charges.

Great service, they went the extra mile to do the job the same day even through I came in late in the afternoon! I had a four wheel alignment done, and I really like how they wrote down the original measurements, and then wrote down what the new corrected measurements were. Very professional.

You have a great crew. Front desk explained everything.

The service and staf were great. I love that aspect, however 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is a bit much, especially as I had made an appointment in order to save time. I will go back but will plan on leaving vehicle and coming back for it.
