First visit took 45mins to find out my vehicle would not fit. Came back with an appointment, and had to wait another 45 mins so left and came back

Very friendly and courteous staff. They were really busy that particular morning, so the wait was a little long, but i didnt mind, especially since my flat tire was tire was fixed for free. Coming there when i need new tires

Today June 19, 20 I arrived at this store at 6:45 AM and asked for a tire rotation and wheel balance check. I was greeted cordially by an employee at the front counter who was wearing a camo ball cap. Since this would be the first rotation on this set of tires I offered him my purchase paperwork but he said he didn't need it and he asked me for my name, the type of vehile and for my keys. He then said since I would be waiting for my truck I had two customers in front of me but it should not take long once the shop got going. I sat at the lounge window and observed several vehicles get the same service I asked for and still my truck was not being worked on. The black Lexus they brought in before my truck had at least three employees on it but when they finally started my vehicle, they left it up to one guy wearing all black who seemed to be a trainee because he had a lot trouble with the wheel balancing and had to walk around asking for help.This same employee also had to be shown how to reinstall the center cap on my alloy wheels. At one point one of my metal center wheel caps was put good side down on the concrete floor and it scooted the the concrete when someone hit it with their foot. The work on my Black Silverado truck was finally finished about 8:45 and I waited in the front for a few minutes until the same camo cap employee came out from the back. He finally got to me and as he gave me my keys I asked him to please advise the shop employees to take better care to protect those expensive caps and to use the carpet next to the vehicle. I was not given a paper copy of my service visit to keep for my records and didn't think about it until I got home. I just wrote the milage and date on my original purchase paperwork. By the way, there was an employee meeting in a little room across the hallway from the customer's lounge and us customers learned quite a lot about the inner workings of your tire store, the good bad and the ugly...just saying. I figure next time I need service I will be visiting the Big O Tire store on El Paseo or simply pay a shop to do the work.

Niki was great and very helpful and really put in effort to help and making the experience awesome and looking forward to going back in when next services are due.

I came in for an oil change. In addition, I was offered a promotion for a rotate and balance ($29.99) but was not informed that the labor was going to be just as much ($30). Wish that the cost was transparent on the front end.

Ben Buntain and jake were friendly helped us with everything . answered questions. and we highly recommend you go see them and I have shared my experience with others and recommended they go there . Their customer service is absolutely amazing. we were not there very long. Very happy with the service that we received from these two young men!!!!

I went to Big O Tires for two tires & a wheel alignment. This process took four and a half hours. I appreciate the time your staff has taken to make sure my vehicle is at its best. Only negative thing is the timing it took to repair my vehicle. I understand I'm not the only customer & staff was busy. I just think four hours & a half is more time needed for two tires & an alignment. Other than that my vehicle feels great & I had an overall good experience.

The service was done very quickly. I was in and out in 1 hour. Everyone was very efficient and very courteous.

The only bad thing was one of my wheel studs broke off ot was already broke off when the tire was taken off. I received a call for permission to fix it and I said fix it but the other big o was the last ti touch the tires in my truck. The wheel stud was not replaced because the other big o had no record of work being done on my truck. I will take it somewhere else to be repaired/worked on
