I had an oil change and tire rotation done. One of my hub caps were missing. Manager said he would order me one on Monday. Which is today. I will continue the rest of this review after we see how this issue is resolved.

I took our car in on Saturday to get some tires. Overall, the experience was good, knowledge of staff, and good customer service was really good. My only concern is that the store did not have the tires i needed in stock but the other store did. The tires were picked up at the other store and it seemed it took longer than usual to get the tires from one store tivrhe other. Once the tires were there the process was quick. Will go back again

I got a different size tire for my truck and asked him to check the clearance when they installed the tires, they didn't do it. Was offered an alignment check asked them to do it, it wasn't done. I called them to ask when my truck would be done, was told it was already done they just didn't have my name on the ticket to call me back. I hate being negative about an experience so I'll say that I really do like the tires they put on my truck.

I came in with a flat tire and a nearly flat donut. Check in with Jake Brown was quick and very courteous and very knowledgeable. He offered good solutions to my problems and ordered the tire of my choice for next day install. The tire came the next day and was quickly installed. I was incredibly impressed with Jake and all of the service managers. Everyone was working quickly and very efficiently. Everybody in the tire shop was moving with a purpose. It was no doubt the best run organization that I have seen in 20 years. That includes doctors, grocery stores and other businesses. Maybe the best I have ever seen. You bet I will be going back. Joseph told me the a/c was over pressurized. It was under by a third. He lied to get the service. Kevin took over. He told the truth in that he said the a/c needed to be purged and refilled to determine what might be wrong and fix it to make it blow colder. We ordered a thermometer. After purging and refilling a 5 degree change was allegedly noticed by the mechanic. Nothing more could be done to make the a/c blow colder. I was charged $97 and there was no discernable change. I was walked through a process that did not do what I wanted or expected. If i go to a restaurant and the server tells me they cannot guarantee I will be full after eating and i go ahead and order what the server suggests. I get a bowl of one cup warm water with salt and pepper. I taste it and finish it. I'm still hungry. The server tells me that's all they have and gives me the bill. So now i leave in a worse state than when I entered. Now I'm still hungry and my wallet is empty. Where's the justice in either one of these situations?

Arrived, greeting ok, not great. Specifically mentioned I needed oil change and tires rotated and there is a nail in one tire.. Went to coffee room, one customer said he had been waiting two hours, another one hour! Glad my husband was coming to pick me up and I could return later. Returned in about one hour, told car was ready. I asked if the nail came out ok and tire was fixable? ?"Manager asked technician " you didn't write repair" Oh, was not even done, so back to coffee room I go, no apology or recognition of mistake! Ok , so they call me and car is ready again and all is done and again no mention of extra time I had to wait!! Was told " see you later". Do not even recall thank you for coming in. Well I came back real soon because my husband noticed one of the tire caps was not matching the others on my Lexus! Another trip needed to your store. The cap was located and put on. Again no apology or recognition for the extra hassle of the return trip. Once again I hear " see you later" No thanks or goodbye or apology! In short you will not be seeing me again. I am not a social media person and will not air this review but I am glad you asked. We always try to support new businesses and give then our business at least once. Geri Neeley

The person who worked with me was James. I will drive all the way to Las Cruces because of his service and the service of all the others. There was a problem and it was taken care of instantly.

Took my Jeep in for an oil change. Jake was very very polite but tires did not get rotated and alignment was not done. I was told I needed to make a separate appointment for that. Last time I went they did everything. I really hate making separate visits when it can all get done at the same time.

TOOK SALESMAN OUT TO TRUCK. WE LOOKED AT FRONT TIRES ON 2500 CREW 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK. AGREED HAD SOME CUPPING AND WOULD REPLACE FRONT TIRES. 1AND 1/2 HOURS LATER I LOOKED THROUGH BAY WINDOW AND SAW BOTH REAR TIRES WERE OFF. INQUIRED AND SALESMAN (JOSEPH) TOLD ME IT WAS STORE POLICY TO PUT NEW TIRES ON REAR. I TOLD HIM OWNER WAS NOT TELLING ME WHERE TO PUT TIRES. HE THEN TOLD ME THIS WAS DOT REGULATION. I TOLD HIM BULLSHIT, DONT LIE TO ME I KNOW BETTER. I GAVE HIM CHOICE TO PUT NEW TIRES ON FRONT OR PUT MY OLD TIRES BACK ON AND I'M GONE. HE SAID I WILL NOT PUT "�HEM ON FRONT I SAID OK YOU MADE THE CHOICE PUT MY OLD TIRES BACK ON. LITTLE LATER I WAS CALLED TO SHOP TO SEE THAT ORIGINAL FRONT TIRE WAS SEPARATED AND KEVIN FELT UN-EASY PUTTING BACK ON AND THAT IT WOULD BE UNSAFE. HE NOW AGREED TO PUT NEW TIRES ON FRONT. 3 HOURS FOR ALL THIS BULLSHIT TO PAY 600.00 FOR TWO TIRES. I'M GLAD TO BE SAFE BUT WISH YOU WOULD HAVE LOST THE SALE! I DO NOT BELIEVE NEW TIRES ON REAR OLD ON FRONT IS WAY TO GO. MANY TIMES MORE GRAB AND PUSH FROM REAR AFFECTS CORNERING IN WET AND DRY CONDITIONS MORE .I'VE SEEEN THIS MORE THEN ONCE. WHEN AN INDIVIDUAL SPENDS THAT KIND OF MONEY FOR TIRES HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO PUT THEM WHERE HE WANTS. WORST CASE SCENARIO SALESMAN SHOULD TELL CUSTOMER HE IS UNABLE TO PUT NEW TIRES ON FRONT IMMEDIATELY.....NOT ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATER. ITEM 3 ABOVE....NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. FUNNY THING, I WAS TOLD THAT IF I WANTED TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND REQUEST A ROTATION I COULD GET THE NEW TIRES MOVED TO THE FRONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
