I made an appointment for a new tire that i ordered and an oil change. My appointment was for 9am (i was 5-10 minutes early) and they didn't start on my vehicle until 9:45. When I asked about why it was taking so long the people at the front desk said it was busy and they were short staffed. None of this is my problem. I then raised additional concerns to (Joseph?) and he began to argue with me stating it was like a doctors office. What I didn't tell him is that i'm a doctor. The customer service was terrible and it took a bit more that 2 hours WITH an appointment. I will not be returning to your store and will talk others out of it if possible. Or at least tell them to not waste time with an appointment.

Your point-of-contact person, Jake, is very knowledgeable abut your products and very efficient in explaining the services rendered and the options available without trying to "over sell" your products. His courtesy and positive personality reflects very positively for the company.

I came in at 8:45 in the morning for a basic oil change and was told it would be 45 minutes max. I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting for them to do what I thought one oil change but then instead of being charged for just the $39.99 oil change I was charged $80 because they decided to do work that was not approved by me. Worst service, I'll be sticking with Walmart and discount tire for my car needs.

I have been a loyal customer of Big O for quite some time(El Paseo). I recently opted to use thier new store because of the location. I was very disappointed with the service that we received. We went in for a balance and rotation about hour prior to closing. We drop the vehicle because it was more convenient. When we return for the vehicle , it had not even been touched. They were obviously in a hurry to leave at 545pm. After they "complete" the work....no paperwork to document the work.....the wheels were rotated but the wheels were not balanced. All of the wheel weight were in the same spots and there's no way that each tire was balanced and no paperwork to dispute that fact. I'm in the market for new tires for another vehicle, lets see how this situation is handled by management when a go back today.

My husband and I thought the new location would be so much more convenient for us as opposed to going clear across town to the dealership for oil changes, however, we ended up paying more than we bargained for! An over the phone quote for a full service oil change went from $39.99 (after being informed the make and model of the vehicle) to $79 upon arrival then skyrocketing to $98+ at the register! We wish we could have been well informed prior to taking our car in by the associate on the telephone. Unfortunately, this was a first and last for us. We're better off taking our car back to the dealership than pay an outrageous price for full service oil changes

Went in to ONLY get my brakes changed but I observed the mechanic changing my rotors as well. When it was time to pay I asked the employee (Joseph Miele)checking me out did they change my rotors, he said yes and the reason being that newer cars rotors CANT be resurfaced and needs to be changed every time I get my brakes changed (which is a lie). The reason I'm extremely pissed about it is cause the employee(Joseph Miele) didn't think to mention it to me until I brought it up when it was time to pay. I went in looking to spend a certain amount and ended up paying DOUBLE. Honestly it just felt like a scam to get more money out of me, luckily i had enough to cover the charge but I'll NEVER bring my car there for any type of service ever again. I'm also going to speak to my employer and have them STOP sending our vehicles there for maintenance cause if Joseph Miele swindled me out of money he's probably doing the same to my company when we send our work vehicles in and I'm sure they would love to save money.

I walked in to the beautiful new store on 4145 White Sage in Las Cruces. My goal was to get a comparable price on a set of tires for my truck. I was the next in line to speak to one of the three technicians. I did not receive even eye contact from two of the techs. much less a...we will be right with you ma'am. Finally after standing there for about 5 minutes the one technician ( the one with the customer) finally said we will be right with you ma'am. I waited another 5 minutes and then I went to the competitor and purchased a $1000.00 set of tires....I tried.

There are so many reasons. The hospitality was great! I just took the vehicle for a rotation of tires since it was long overdue. Very kind and attentive personnel.

$75 air filter price is ridiculous. I will not service my vehicle at Big O again unless some credit is awarded due to this high price. I was not at the location and found out the price after it was already installed.

When I arrived, I was greeted and helped. They showed me to the waiting room and I was able to watch them fix up my car! It was a great experience, they were fast and efficient. I appreciate them getting me back on the road safely.

I'm unhappy with my experience due to the fact that I prepaid for my cars oil change and tire rotation so that my mom can take my car in for me and not have to pay for anything but they talked her into buying filters for my car and DID NOT bother calling me so that I can make that decision on changing them or not. When I called and spoke with Danny/Daniel he didn't understand why I was upset that my mom paid for filters and I wasn't called. I prepaid for a reason. I'm not going back there again!

On June 29 2017, I brought my car in to this location before 12pm because I was told the tires would be on site(delivered at or before 12pm) and would take an hour to install. I walked across the street to the gym to workout for an hour and walked back. I arrive back and was told the car had not even been worked on yet because the tires arrived late. I was scheduled to hit the road back to AZ for a 3,000 mile road trip after the service was completed and had to wait till 230pm before the car was done and had to rush home to Phoenix, AZ before getting up the next morning at 4am for my road trip. I received my car and when I left the facility I noticed my car was pulling to the left now. I declined the alignment service because the car drove perfect when i first brought it in and told Joseph it did not need the service but would bring it back in a month or so because I was doing a suspension service soon. I bought my car in June 0f 2015 and the car drove straight as an arrow and put a brand new set of tires on it at the time, and drove 63,000 miles without an issue with them. The tires still had good tread and had perfect wear pattern but the tread had separated on my way to Las Cruces because it was 117 degrees in the Phoenix/Tucson area during my drive and the heat must have cause them to separate. Since, the tires were separated I needed to get them replace before driving back to AZ, so I came to this facility. Now my car was pulling to the left and was worried about the new tires on my planned 3,000 mile road trip the next day. So I couldn't drive my car on the road trip because I didn't want to ruin the new tires, and had to drive my girlfriend's car which didn't get as good of gas mileage and was more cramped. Once I got back to Las Cruces again for work, I brought the car back to this location on July 12th and told Joseph that my car was now pulling to the left and needed to get aligned now but still told him that I had to do my suspension work in a few weeks but didn't want to be driving on the new tires now with my car messed up. He said it wouldn't be an issue and to bring it back when the work was completed. They put it on the machine and showed me that the rear needed some shims and would cost $50 for parts and labor and the front was adjusted. I told them that it would be pointless to do it right now because I still had to do the suspension work but would have them check it again when I bring it back after the suspension work. After I declined the rear adjusted and ask more my car back as they were closing. I paid for the year-alignment plan and walked outside for my car. I noticed my car was back on the lift and hooked up to the machine, and I asked what was going on. They said that the previous reading was inaccurate because they didn't connect the car up correctly. They gave me a third reading now that showed the rear even more messed up but the front was fine. I didn't understand why now it was worse and how they could mess it up. They said the technician must have not had it done right and the wheel must have shifted. Now they are closing and I just told them I'd bring it back again when the suspension work is done. I left the facility and started home and noticed the car still pulling to the left but not as bad. I performed the suspension work to spec of the Toyota manual and brought the car back again on August 14th and told Joseph that the suspension work was done and wanted to have them get the alignment done correctly this time. I left Joseph the keys and walked to the gym, and received a call 40 minutes later telling me that they could not do the alignment because the suspension work voided the warranty. I specifically told Joseph on July 12th that I was doing the suspension work before I even bought the alignment package but since they messed up my car when they put the new tires on the car on June 29th I wanted my car fixed. He said I could bring it back regardless, so I bought the package. I walked to
