Big O Tires

Your tech scratched my car in three different places and scuffed all of my wheels. Looks like they put them all face down when they removed them to do my brakes. I will be following up on all of this. Completely unacceptable.

They got me on time and completed it in a timely manner

I came in with a flat tire and a nearly flat donut. Check in with Jake Brown was quick and very courteous and very knowledgeable. He offered good solutions to my problems and ordered the tire of my choice for next day install. The tire came the next day and was quickly installed. I was incredibly impressed with Jake and all of the service managers. Everyone was working quickly and very efficiently. Everybody in the tire shop was moving with a purpose. It was no doubt the best run organization that I have seen in 20 years. That includes doctors, grocery stores and other businesses. Maybe the best I have ever seen. You bet I will be going back.
