Needed a battery and possibly a tire. I have a 2012 Ford Connect converted into a wheel chair van. Needed two new tires and a battery. The Ford Connect is a front wheel drive vehicle, my husband told me after I got home. The guys at Big I didn't know that, so put the new tires on the rear instead of the front. I couldn't afford the alignment then, so weird for a few weeks. After receiving a coupon by email for $20 off an alignment, I went back, had the new tires moved to the front and the alignment done. They were all very nice and I believe very efficient.

The guys are always friendly, knowledgeable and keep things moving despite a very busy location with near constant traffic. Jacob took my call and accommodated my wife having the vehicle towed to the shop. There were further issues with the vehicle, he was thorough and professional with her, showing her the issue. We love Big O!
