As soon as I walked in the door. A tire salesman, Help Quick. And everything ran smooth.Also I got a quote on some tires.I was there less than thirty minutes very good service.

Needed a battery and possibly a tire. I have a 2012 Ford Connect converted into a wheel chair van. Needed two new tires and a battery. The Ford Connect is a front wheel drive vehicle, my husband told me after I got home. The guys at Big I didn't know that, so put the new tires on the rear instead of the front. I couldn't afford the alignment then, so weird for a few weeks. After receiving a coupon by email for $20 off an alignment, I went back, had the new tires moved to the front and the alignment done. They were all very nice and I believe very efficient.

The sales associate, Jacob Pelayo, is an outstanding example of knowledge and service provider. Jacob P. accommodated my every desire and request for explanation about the products offered. He listened attentively to my questions and answered in full detail without additional prompting. The installation team was quick and efficient, leaving my car clean and sitting proud on the new Big O tires. Thank you Big O!

I have been taking my vehicle to Big O for over 14 years and I will continue to unless they go out of business. They are very knowledable, get the problem fixed quickly and the price is good. Getting an appointment is very easy and you are greeted and ask what they can do for you as soon as you walk in the door. Staff is very friendly and business oriented,

The associate informed me of the price structure for 1 year, 3 year and 5 year. She also informed me that each warranty could be transferred to other vehicles should I trade in my current vehicle. I went with the 5-year warranty.
