The Manager Kevin is highly motivated and knowledgeable (KUDOS). He most definitely knows his product.

About a year ago I brought one of my cars in to have the brakes checked and your technicians told me they were fine. Of course, there was no charge. A few months later I brought another vehicle in to have the tires rotated. To my surprise there was no charge for that service.I decided then that whenever I need a set of new tires I would definitely purchase them at Big O. I am pleased with the set of tires put on my vehicle the other day. I will continue to use your services as needed because of your honestly, customer service and professionalism.

Great Customer service by Joseph. He explained everything they did to my vehicle.

The staff members were friendly and welcoming. They also explained the various tires and took the time to discuss the options available. The time it took to service my vehicle was minimal and great service.

My visit today was very pleasant. The tech who greeted me and took my order was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a failed battery replaced. Service was quick, check out was convenient and the tech had my car waiting just outside the door for me. This was great, as I carry an oxygen concentrator with me. He even opened the door for me! He made an old guy's day better than it had started! The tech named on the invoice is Jeissen Castillo. I say we give him a raise! And give him the first choice of doughnuts, when they're available. (no doughnuts today, dang it)
