Saw to all my needs. Helped a Grandfather with a Rowdy 3 year old Take care of my old car and I like family (10 stars from me!! )

The associate informed me of the price structure for 1 year, 3 year and 5 year. She also informed me that each warranty could be transferred to other vehicles should I trade in my current vehicle. I went with the 5-year warranty.

I am very pleased of the service. People are very warm, friendly an kind. Very explanitory of what the problem with our vehicles need an reccomend. Thanks to Big O

The staff members were friendly and welcoming. They also explained the various tires and took the time to discuss the options available. The time it took to service my vehicle was minimal and great service.

I appreciate service and professionalism. Originally when I received voicemail that my truck was ready, they told me I owed money on new tire. after I showed up to pick up my truck. it was cleared up immediately, that the tire was under warranty, so very satisfied with the service.

My visit today was very pleasant. The tech who greeted me and took my order was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a failed battery replaced. Service was quick, check out was convenient and the tech had my car waiting just outside the door for me. This was great, as I carry an oxygen concentrator with me. He even opened the door for me! He made an old guy's day better than it had started! The tech named on the invoice is Jeissen Castillo. I say we give him a raise! And give him the first choice of doughnuts, when they're available. (no doughnuts today, dang it)
