After being number two in line at opening it took about an hour and fortyfive minutes to get car back.

Big o is easy to get in to. I have to make sure I have time to wait.

Waited 3 hours for a oil change that we were told would take 1.5. The technicians literally stood around my vehicle for over an hour just talking etc.......

Had a major concern about my wheel bearings and front suspension. They did a full, detailed inspection and put all my fears to bed. And the inspection was free!
