They went beyond the repair at hand to inspect the car for potential problems. The tire repair was carried out with a high standard of care and with a state of the art method. The associates were very professional and friendly.

The tech took his time balancing my tires and actually pointed out that I had one tire with a factory defect that kept tire from perfect balance. Great job!

Every time I take my cars to big o (Santa Fe Cerrillos Rd) for any kind of service is always a great experience, great staff.

They were able to order a new tire early in the morning and by 2pm that afternoon, the new tire had arrived and we were told to bring our Jeep Wrangler in and they would get to it immediately. They did and within an hour we were back on our way. This company came through for us as we were on an RV trip and this was our only way to get around Santa Fe. Thank You for being there for us and would recommend this company to anyone.

We didn't have to make appt. They took us as walk in and got our vehicle serviced right away. Brand new 4 tires wheel alignment and oil change.

I have gone to this Big O store since I moved to Santa Fe and had to get new tires. I've always been treated with courtesy. Getting and appointment is easy and the work is completed professionally. The services are done for a reasonable price.

Hugo, Steve and team do a great job! On my most recent visit, I had a slow leak in my right rear tire. Not only did Steve address the slow leak, more importantly he identified uneven wear due to the heavy load I carry on my truck. Steve recommended an XL Sumitomo which is a better tire for the rear of my truck. Thank you!!
