While I'm happy with the new tires I bought from Big O, do not trust them if they recommend major work on your car. They checked my alignment for free and said they needed to replace my bearings and tie rods in order to do an alignment. when I brought my truck to a mechanic I trust, he said there was play in one of my bearings that could be fixed by tightening the nut on the bearing and every was fine. Moral of the story: get a second opinion.

Called in to see about a same day appointment, but they had no openings. The gentleman I spoke with Said he could get me in on a walk in and when I arrived to the store he was excellent and describing my different options both for alignment and oil change. And being a walk in I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it got done

I came in to have an oil leak looked at. Needed a new gasket replaced that the crew didn’t charge me for.
