Wrong tire size was previously installed on my vehicle at this Big-O facility. Due to this error the vehicle did not drive properly, and I had to install a new rear bumper with spare tire mount onto my Jeep Wrangler to accommodate the extra weight of the incorrect tire size. The store manager (Will) made sure to replace the incorrect tires (all five) with the proper size tires to fix the problem. Outstanding customer service from everyone I dealt with at this facility! Will really understands what good customer service is all about! Thank you!
