Not good, they did not do what I asked+ they don't inform me of a new procedure before they did it . Or should I say showed me. I am not a happy camper. I have been with them a long time. This is enough to make me look some place else for service.

First, I called to check on prices, no problem and they didn't mind answering all my questions. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase and mostly, I appreciated the prompt service! I will be returning for future maintenance 😊

The lube technicians were fast and attentive. Poor communication on my part was compensated with the friendliness of the technicians able to check multiple parts of my vehicle before my 800 mile trip.

Jeremy meador is a very excellent and outgoing guy very awesome conversations answered my all of my questions. Very awesome guy and he helped me with the best customer service anyone could ask for. Will be back for anything else I may need to fix or replace on both of my vehicles.

I waited 4 hours it was due to incorrect part being delivered to the store. But it was not communicated to me I had to ask several times only one person told me about the part issue

They took me in right away and the counter sales man took my vehicle next door for my oil change

They checked everything that could be a problem with a cooling system and went above and beyond what was required for a "flush and fill" job.
