So I originally scheduled online.. when I went in for my appointment I learned that it’s scheduled through a different location, so getting in in a timely manner isn’t necessarily guaranteed. So I went Ahead and scheduled in the shop for a later date! When I came in for my new appointment I think there might have been an issue with my appointment - perhaps it wasn’t scheduled when I had went in? I noticed that I didn’t get any type of reminder email or email stating my appointment had been scheduled, and the man helping me I don’t think could find my appointment (he searched) and I had a feeling it wasn’t showing up.. I was worried because I was Overdue- but the associate took my keys and I was In and out within 30-40 minutes! I am extremely grateful and will definitely be scheduling with them for the next oil changes to come!

The customer service I recieved at Midas is just so top tier. They helped me with my vehicle at the last possible moment and just really excelled in making sure my vehicle was safe to drive on a trip I had the next day. I am so thankful to the team and manager who helped me and eased my worries

This was an unscheduled visit - brakes went out and car had to be towed. Due to good past experience with Midas, we had the car towed to Midas. Parts were all in stock - service was completed same day, the professionalism of the staff and communication, all was great.
