I’ve been going to a dealership for service for about 8 years. But it was no longer convenient. I thought I’d try something a little closer to home. The guys at the desk were very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable that the service for my car would meet my high standards. And it certainly did.

Steve was very helpful in scheduling and keeping us updated throughout the process. Midas did not charge us for the tire service because we had had the problem before and they were re-fixing. I wasn’t expecting it to be a complimentary repair, but it was appreciated. Very good experience!

They took my vehicle right in when I arrived. The person at the counter was very helpful and friendly. He even recommend it a great place to replace my rim.

Not impressed with shop unfortunately. The professionalism across the board was simply absent.Screaming, yelling, and cussing at each other is not appropriate around customers.I was told to go into bay 1 and the no- back up and get the customer in front of me out. The lack of safety was scary to say the least- back up close to where people pull in w/no spotter? I was asked 4 times about what tire pressure I wanted- but they were never checked. Its ok- Ill stay with Hamilton Rd store.

The Pickerington Midas has always been upfront and courteous to me. They found a problem that needed corrected ASAP during visual inspection and help me understand what was needed to remedy this.
