Steve Green - Manager was very personable and professional. I had arrived later than I expected to the store... as the work hours had completed for the store. Steve took the time to make sure he was understanding and fully addressing my needs. He set expectations the next day on what was inspected, estimated all, and proceeded to remedy all line items to my complete satisfaction. His Midas Team reached out to make sure I was aware that all was complete, explained again what was addressed/repaired and positioned all for a timely pickup. I settled my invoice over the phone and picked up my vehicle again after hours.
