The person at the front has very bad customer service skills. While I waited in the lobby for my oil change, I was not informed that my vehicle was ready. I sat and watched him get my paper work ready place it in an envelope along with my key (only one other person in the lobby) and shoved it to the side.... Seeing this behavior, I waited a few minutes for him to say something to me... NOTHING!!! I had to ask if I was done, and he just push my keys and paperwork and didnt say anything..

I was referred to Midas from a friend as she was friends with one of the guys who worked there. I am very glad I was because I am always taken care if there. I know that they are honest and always go above and beyond to accommodate getting my car fixed.
