"I took my Chevy Sonic to Firestone on 3/12 for new tires, and also a very bad rattling and bumping from under my car. As a nurse, I was very worried driving and of course I googled all the horrible stuff it could be. They told me ""cant find anything wrong other than your spare tire was a little loose."" As soon as I drove off, the noise continued only louder. I called them 3/14 and was told they could get me back in over a week out! I said you were supposed to fix it!! So they got me in on Friday, 5 days from then!! I was getting more worried, and went online and got an appt with Midas; Mike Maggio called me immediately and said come in tomorrow, this really shouldnt wait. I did and they found the sway bar linkage was bad and needed to be replaced asap. They did that quickly and very well-priced! Doctor Kenny took care of it in under an hour!!! I will be giving all my work to Midas from now on for showing real concern over my personal safety in my car. Midas on Trolley is the BOMB!!

When I wasn’t able to get a last minute appt, the tech called all the other area midas’ and arranged an appointment for me. The other Midas shop was great, the girls at the desk were phenomenal and knowledgeable and went out of their way to get me in and out.
