We were on our way home to Michigan from Florida. We had a mechanical problem and saw the Midas shop in Gainesville across the street. We “limped “ in without an appointment. They got us right in , diagnosed the issue( water pump ) ordered and obtained the parts, made the repairs and got us back on the road within 4 hours. AND they were super helpful and friendly while we waited.. They bailed us out when we were in a bad situation. And all with a smile. Can’t say enough. I hope you reach out to them and reinforce to them what a great job they did and how much it meant to us. Thank you so much !!!

Very economical and good service. Did an inspection. Would recommend it.

I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment first thing Monday. Once I was there, there were some questions about the right oil for my car, since their system was not working normally. The staff said they didn’t want to put in the wrong oil and asked me to come back the next day, when someone else in the team was going to review my case. I came in the next morning and they were able to get everything fixed and had a fair turn around time.
