Customer service was great.

I pulled up as they were closing to get 2 tires put on rims for my work trailer, JD didn't hesitate he just said we still have time and got the job done. Thank you guys! (FYI Walmart said wasn't an emergency even though it was a work trailer) Big O is definitely the way to go!

Jerome Norwood was extremely helpful with my tire/rim/tie rod issue. He keep me informed with any issue they found and he was able to take care of all of my cars issues the same day. He is very much appreciated for his help and knowledge.

Great customer service.

I literally realized that my Tires were bald right before a road trip from OKC to Dallas. It was 4 o'clock when I got there and the guy I spoke with let me know they could get me done in a couple of hours and even made it happen faster than that. I had a last minute need and it was perfect they were able to get met in and I was able to travel safely with no worries about my tires. Thanks a Ton!

This was during the height of the COVD-19. Big O did a tire repair and maintained proper social distancing, covered my truck seat with plastic and wiped down the interior. And still got me on the roD n just a short stay. Thanks Big O

I have been going to this store in Mustang, Oklahoma for a long time. They are always very professional and ready to do what I need, while very knowledgeable and accommodating to what I need done.

I walked in looking at wheels and tires, not knowing exactly what I wanted, and hoping to get new ones within the next week or two and Theo immediately started to help me find wheels and tires that are exactly what I wanted. He was VERY informative and EXTREMELY nice and helpful. He was upfront with me on the pricing, which was very fair, that way I would not be surprised by anything when I picked my truck up. He gave me different options and gave me pros and cons to help me in my decisions. I also received some input from JD as well, and he was just as nice helpful. I will definitely be returning to this Big O Tires location for any future work because of Theo and JD. I cannot speak highly enough of both of them. And to add to that, my wheels, tires and leveling kit look great and I am very happy with my overall experience. 5/5 stars.
