Big O Tires

1-5 with 1 being best or 5? I was disappointed to find all 4 tire pressures with different readings. Went back in and guy said " Well our air is not regulated so we will try to get it as close as possible." When in fact they had missed a step in Tire Learning procedure! The young man that came out and fixed it was very nice!

I've been going to big o tires for years now and they have gone above and beyond for me and is always super nice and very honest.

The guys were nice but I missed Ed. He used to work there and was always very friendly and helpful. The guys that were there were getting a job done. I wish they would've offered to align/ balance all of the tires instead of only the one that was replaced. Going over and above is looking at it like if this was my mom, wife, sister, daughter etc what would I want for her and offering it to the customer. That's what Ed always did for me. Like I said they were nice but I would've happily paid to have it all done. My husband is Jon, but I'm the one who comes in with my car or my daughters cars. Anyway! Maybe that feedback could help for the future! Thank you!!!

I came in for a problem that actually occurred in previous ownership of Big O--my factory original lug nuts and chrome covers were replaced (unknown to me) with very inferior quality standard lug nuts. Technically, Big O did not have to make any repairs or replacements---BUT you did. I was handled with the utmost attention to detail, and care (kinda like the old saying, "I felt like the most important customer in the world." The full set of 20 lugs were replaced with quality, chrome lug nuts, my tires were rotated, and everything was done very quickly. I SOOO much appreciate how my case was handled and total professionalism you showed to me during the process. I cannot remember ever being as impressed with a business as a customer as I was during this time at Big O. This cemented my feelings and loyalty to Big O--and I will recommend you whenever I get the chance. Thanks VERY much.

I visited. Is store last winter an the service was terrible. I went back recently an purchased tires for my 2500 dodge. The guys were knowledgeable an helpful through the process of tire selection. They had several cars there that day an had my new tires on and the truck aligned within 2 hrs. Will definitely be back in the future!!

Had tie rods changed. Bobby ordered the parts and it arrived by the next business day. In addition, he kept me informed throughout the actual work. The best part, two technicians worked on it and it took less than 90 minutes!

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Seamed like they knew what they were talking about.. Went in for brakes and they found more work needed Called for authorization.

They fixed a minor brake issue honoring the warranty with resolve. They also did that and the oil change:rotation in a timely fashion

They worked very carefully while rotating the tires on my Tesla Model S, to make sure it was properly raised to avoid damage to the battery pack. I appreciate their care and concern!
