I am a single female which gets dupped by auto repairmen NOT more than once. These employees are trustworthy and thorough on their performance. They went beyond their duties with respect of replacing my tires. I was happy with the prior brake replacement a year ago also. Thank you guys!

I came in for a new set of tires. Big O was unable to reach me by phone to tell me that I needed an alignment also. When I came to pick up my car they informed me that the alignment had been done at no charge. Great customer service!!

I new I needed to rotate my tires and Larry at Big O did for me. He also called me and said I needed at least 2 tires and brakes on the front. I knew he was right but I am currently unemployed. I said please put it back together and I would have to wait a few weeks before I could do anything. Larry was so very kind and courteous. I will always use Big O in Mustang.

I like to go here because it feels like a "hometown" place. They are prompt, professional, and courteous,and they spend as much time as needed with each customer, explaining their product and/or service. I have never felt like I was rushed so they could move on to the next customer.

Whenever i have tire troubles either with my car or the tractor i take it to big o's for my tire needs. Big o has excellent service and they do a good job.

I have been using the store in Mustang since I moved here 3 years ago and have been happy with the service I receive. The service and pricing is better than their competitors. I've purchased tires, had some work done on my car, and get all oil changes there. No complaints whatsoever.

I went in to the Mustang, OK location to have a tire on my truck looked at because I could hear air leaking from my rear drivers side. Thinking it was going to be a simple patch or plug job. The gentleman behind the counter came back into the lobby after a while to tell me I had a nail in the sidewall and they wouldn't be able to repair the tire. I wasn't anticipating having to buy tires for my truck but I really had no choice. I am moving to Arizona in 2 weeks and need for my truck to be as reliable to get me and my family there as possible. After narrowing it down I made a 2 tire purchase and the gentleman who helped me figure out what tires would be best, even gave me a law enforcement discount since that's what I do for a living and to help me out a little knowing I had a big move coming. After a little while longer the general manager came out to tell me I had a bad tire sensor and I really needed to replace it or my dash would continue throwing a code. I agreed and it was done. After driving away the code on my dash remained. I work out of town so I didn't have the time to go back for a week. Today I went back and explained the problem to the general manager. After examining my truck he figured out the wrong sensor was put in. He told me he would take care of it immediately and without charge. I would have put 5 stars on the 'product knowledge and expertise' but the wrong sensor was put on the first time. Other than that the customer service here was amazing. I feel comfortable in knowing when I go to Arizona any and all vehicle issues I may run across will be handled the same there as well. This is a great place and they really care about getting the job done right and with quality. After the correct sensor was put on the code on my dash corrected itself. I am now comfortable in knowing I can safely get myself and my family across the country thanks to the wonderful patience and excellent care they extended to me here in Mustang. These guys really know their vehicles and they really know how to take care of their customers. Thank you!

Got me in for tire rotation right away and completed the job in a reasonable time!

I got a flat tire and there was a big hole in my tire that was too big to safely patch and repair. I went to two different tire places first (only because I didn't have time to get back to Big O before they closed). The other two places tried to take advantage of me by telling me that I needed four new tires for my car that only has 20,000 miles on it. I guess they thought that since I was a female that I would just go with whatever they told me I needed. After receiving quotes for over $1,000 at each place, I kindly took their estimates and left. I went to Big O first thing the next morning, got great service and was told they had two tires in stock. One was $112 and the other was $169. He told me that the $112 tire would actually be the best for my car because the tread pattern matched my other tires exactly. He could have easily told me I needed the more expensive tire. They installed my new tire, checked the other tires, and changed my oil all in under 1 hour. I was barely even late for work when I thought I wouldn't even get to work until noon! Thanks Big O! You have always taken care of me!

I had alignment and also bought two tires. The alignment ran into some problems but not their fault and they did great at letting me know what was going on.

I hope I won't get anyone in trouble, but I really appreciated not getting an up-sale offered. Your guys got the job done and also did a little extra on a loose piece of plastic. I will be back!
