I have used them since they have been in Mustang, OK. All of the guys at the front desk are awesome and make me feel like I am the only customer.

Locally owned and nationally known. I buy from a business in my community to support local economy. I am a repeat customer because they always take care of my needs. They fix flat tires for no charge on my riding mower, and they don't even sell mower tires. I find them honest and reliable.

Just needed an oil change and rotate/balance and that's all I got - no upsell for brake fluid, transmission service, etc...which was a welcome approach to other service facilities. They will let you know if something needs attention but won't go out of their way to take your money!

Had multiple items needing completed. Rotate, oil change....add to that new struts, rear, cv boot, bearings. See LOTS of stuff. The staff were knowledgable and kept me informed the whole time, gave me a ride home as it would be a long one. I use my Jeep to transport my mobility scooter, being without it is kind of hard for me being without it. They have taken care of me since we moved here in 2017, so they understood the need for my Jeep. Like I said they kept me informed and KNEW the deal. I felt like a KING, they called and said they'd stay and get the Jeep completed completely. Could not ask for harder working and dedicated to the customer. 2 hours after closing the job was complete and away I went. Felt like "Thank You' wasn't enough so I bought lunch for the store the next day. WELL WORTH the little I did for the ENORMOUS JOB they did for me. GREAT JOB!

Had a nail in my tire. Got me in n out in no time at all. Friendly guys.

Glad that Robert is gone. Every experience with him was a confusing mess between service techs and customers. When he was there, I was never sure if I really needed the expensive work he said I needed.

This store always gets me in and serviced quickly. Always friendly and they make sure things are done correctly.

Was in a week ago. The guys were very helpful and worked with me since I was not going to be able to pick my truck up until after closing hours. Been doing business for years now and have yet to be disappointed. Thank You!

I've been entrusting Big O Tires in Mustang, Oklahoma with my families ' vehicles over the past 20 yrs or so. I always trust their analysis of vehicle issues I might have. Recently, they found a leaking rear break cylinder on my son's car & recommended that both be replaced immediately, for safety. Thanks for always watching out for us.

I'm thankful for the new management, because the last guys running the show, were a joke! My boyfriend and I took our vehicles in on Saturday the guys were professionally, and courteous.

Told me the'd have The tires by 10:00am and they did. Only took an hour to install. Very pleased.

Not sure what happened to cause the changes in service/personnel. However, am extremely pleased with the improvements. Previously, I had waited 1.5 hrs and more for oil changes. This visit my oil changed and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. The rose on my dash when I entered my car was a nice touch as well and made my day! Good job!!

So grateful they were able to fix the problems created by the Norman technicians! I greatly appreciate them showing me what is happening with my van! So much better than Norman! They saved you a customer. I was ready to change companies, but they impressed me. I will be back!
