October 26, 2018 Dear Mr. Alexander, I recently retired and moved to Mustang, Oklahoma from the Washington, D.C. area. As you can imagine, it is a big undertaking to move from one state to another, and to establish trusted relationships for such day-to-day necessities as the maintenance of one's only means of transportation "� for me, it is my beloved 2001 Saturn SL2. Earlier this week, I experienced some difficulties with my car and was not sure who I could trust to resolve the issues. After researching options in the immediate Mustang area, I decided to contact Big O Tires located at 401 North Mustang Road. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Bobby Landers, Store Manager, I knew my decision was an excellent one! I knew, without a doubt, that I could entrust the professional care of my car to Mr. Landers and the team at Big O Tires. My car was expertly evaluated, and essential repairs were identified. The scope of the repairs was prioritized by severity/necessity/maintenance, explained in layperson detail, and competently addressed in a time-sensitive manner. Mr. Landers also informed me of expectations after the car's repair and assured that his team is available should my car require any follow-up attention. They are always nice and knowledgeable.

Tire sensors on my Wife's car were messed up after a trip to the dealership's service department. The guy's at the Mustang store fixed the sensors free of charge and sent her safely on her way.

I told them what I wanted and they fix me up with what I really needed.

After going to Firestone and dealing with a manager that was a complete jerk and quoted an extremely over pri ed amount for getting my brakes replaced, we decided to get a second opinion! So glad we did! Big O was great! Nice, professional, and replaced my brakes and fixed some other issues that Firestone didn't notice for less than our other quote! They were fast too, not 8+hrs like I was told it would be at Firestone. I would highly recommend Big O!

The service we received was excellent, and the salesman was very professionial. We were surprised that he gave us a $10 coupon discount. It was very unexpected, but very much appreciated. These guys are top notch!!! They changed my oil got me a new tire and alignment in less than an hour! My car is driving like a champ now!!!

The employee was very friendly and explained everything to me, such as which tires would work for my jeep. He also explained to me about the warranty and helped me make an informed decision about which tires I wanted. He also explained to me about getting an alignment on my jeep, I didn't realize that it was out of alignment. Very good service!

The staff was wonderful. At the time of my visit, the store was busy. However, they treated me with respect and assured me my car would be done soon. They got me in and out despite the business if the shop.
