I bought another new tire and had them fix a tire I had bought previously from them. They were polite and professional. They also installed a windshield wiper blade at no cost.

Although I only needed a tire plugged, I was given very fast and friendly service. Great job.

Really helped me out this morning. I was leaving for work when I discovered I had a flat. I took my car the Big O in Mustang and they were able to get me right in, fixed my tire and got me on my way in no time at all. Excellent Customer Service. I will be sure to bring my vehicles back for service!

Had a basic oil change and tire rotation done on my Silverado 1500. Got me in quick and done within an hour with friendly service. But it cost about 30% more than most other places charge, even with a discount coupon. So you're going to pay for the good service.

I had a flat tire early in the morning on my way to work. I was out of there wirhin 20 minutes. Very friend and professional service as well.

I really enjoyed talking to the tire technicians while they repaired my tire, and I was really surprised how fast they got to it.

I called at 2:30 one day and they got my car in to do a 3 point fuel injector cleaner and it was done in less than an hour. The best thing was how affordable it was. The guys at the Mustang store go above and beyond so that is why we keep coming back.

As you can imagine, it is a big undertaking to move from one state to another, and to establish trusted relationships for such day-to-day necessities as the maintenance of one's only means of transportation "� for me, it is my beloved 2001 Saturn SL2. Earlier this week, I experienced some difficulties with my car and was not sure who I could trust to resolve the issues.
