Friendly and fast. Loved the pick up service

Tire sensors on my Wife's car were messed up after a trip to the dealership's service department. The guy's at the Mustang store fixed the sensors free of charge and sent her safely on her way.

After going to Firestone and dealing with a manager that was a complete jerk and quoted an extremely over pri ed amount for getting my brakes replaced, we decided to get a second opinion! So glad we did! Big O was great! Nice, professional, and replaced my brakes and fixed some other issues that Firestone didn't notice for less than our other quote! They were fast too, not 8+hrs like I was told it would be at Firestone. I would highly recommend Big O!

I had tires rotated and it was done in a timely manner. They also advised the need to replace shocks and struts, but said it wasn't necessary to do it immediately, so I appreciated not being forced into a costly repair.

Been doing business with this location for over 15 years and recently it is better than ever.

I have bought several sets of tires from Big O Tires and I am pleased with how well the store keeps me up to date with rotations and if I need a repair they strive to get me in and out in a timely manner even when they are slammed.

jebediah very courteous. I had to go back and exchange tires as the ones I got originally (Nitto) made for a rough ride. Went with the Bridgestone Dueler. Great tires and smooth ride.

Big O always has done a great job on any of the 3 cars we have brought there for service. They stand behind their work and are so professional in the way they do business. They are very accomodating and the best part is, they are very affordable. We hated it when Hibdon moved in, they don't fit here. We will always use Big O. Thanks guys!

Front end work on my daughters car - is now driving as good as new and all the squeaks are gone so now I feel much better about my daughter driving it on a daily basis.

Recently moved from Kentucky were my local Big O treated me like a KING. Decided to try this location out and was pleasantly surprised with the store. I was kept in the loop about the status of my car. Arrived for an oil change and rotation and had to have my left front fixed. The problem was MAJOR in my book and the inspection was HONEST and to the point. THAT I appreciate the most, HONESTY. LOVE the idea of fresh coffee without the 4 hour old pot sitting there. Clean and neat waiting area. Be proud MEN, you pleased this customer. I'm a KING now in YUKON, OK

The employee was very friendly and explained everything to me, such as which tires would work for my jeep. He also explained to me about the warranty and helped me make an informed decision about which tires I wanted. He also explained to me about getting an alignment on my jeep, I didn't realize that it was out of alignment. Very good service!

The staff are always helpful and friendly. They try to get you in and out ASAP.
