Big O Tires

I went in for an alignment, and when I left, my car was pulling to the right. It wasn't pulling to the right prior to this. I brought it back in the next morning to have the alignment fixed, and it was still pulling to the right after that, just not as bad. Very disappointed in the alignment service. Also, I was given a brochure of locations, and noticed that there is a location listed in Harker Heights, TX. I was driving back home to Texas that day, so I figured I'd just have it fixed when I got home. When I looked it up, there is no location in Harker Heights, and in fact, there is no location within 50 miles. So I wasted $75 on an alignment and my car is worse than when I brought it in.

I asked for tire rotation and they also asked if I needed a balance. I knew the rotation was free but I was unaware that the balancing was free. They took me right in and helped extend the life of my tires. Outstanding service after the sale.

The technicians seem to take their time on replacing the brakes on my truck. I was there for approximately three hours and they worked on my truck for approximately 30 minutes

Whenever i have tire troubles either with my car or the tractor i take it to big o's for my tire needs. Big o has excellent service and they do a good job.

Customer service was great. Justin was helpful with assisting me on new wheels and tires. They took me home so I didn't have to wait at store. Went back at 5pm thinking it would be done since I dropped it off at 11:30am and waited approximately another 2 hours (around 7pm). However I had to go back next day due to the TPS monitors were not set right and could not be programmed for some reason, so had to move tires were so the are same as info center on truck.

They did a good job. The only complaint I have is this. I made an appointment at 7am to have new plugs put in my truck. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hrs. I waited 4 and a half hours! It took them 3 hrs. Just to get the parts. It would of been nice to know this a head of time.

I don't remember the name of the young man who waited on me. He said he was an alignment tech. His customer support skills were top notch. He was courtous and respectful, so much so that i have decided to take all my business to the Mustang Big- O branch. I would not have the same review of Yukon store. With exception of Big Ed in Yukon,( who is awesome by the way) the managers have been terrible, one in particular who was just an ass hole.

I came in for a free tire repair/slow leak and to go ahead and have my tires rotated. Several people came in after me and were finished before me. Another lady left because she had been there to long. I waited about an hour and 45 minutes. I also really do not believe they rotated the tires as the tire with the slow leak was put in the same place it was taken off (passenger rear). Having said all that, it is no big deal as I believe two people were out sick and there was a guy from another store there to help out. So at least an effort was made to fix the problem.

Great service from every employee. My jeep looks great and no issues and tires ride great and are wearing perfectly.

Had to have a leaking new valve stem replaces in Cheyenne Wyo, the said it was pulled thru too hard and it was leaking.

Because every time I come there recently, it seems like the alignment technician is a trainee and can’t complete my alignment or can’t order the correct Camber Kit to complete my alignment. My truck has been to this store 3 times in the last 3 weeks for the alignment. As a matter of fact, my wife and I dropped my truck off a few hours ago so the real alignment technician can order the correct Camber Kit to hopefully finally complete the alignment. Other than this trainee and no certified technician on duty my experience would be good.

I misunderstood who the CS person was referring to during my visit. He called and apologized and cleared it up. I will go back there for service.

Only problem I had was that no one called to let me know it was ready

I feel like I was scammed over the radiator issue and charged needlessly. One tech told me my radiator was completely dry and needed a pressure test and flush done but yet when I went to pay the tech that worked on my car stated that I had a lot of water in the radiator, so therefore I was lied to about the radiator being dry. then they told me I needed new cabin filter which was replaced at my last visit. This is sad due to the fact no one has ever worked on my car except Mustang Big O. Therefore, I will consider my further options , you are not the only option in Mustang by no means.

My visit to this location was to get a flat fixed on my Tundra. The cost was $20. After I left I was having conversations with other people about visiting there and several of them told me that anytime they have gone there they got their flats fixed for free. I asked them if they had purchased their tires there and was told no. Was a little surprised at the price of $20 in the first place!
