Big O Tires

I asked for an oil change and tires balanced/rotated. Got the oil change but nothing else. Also had black handprints on the outside and inside of my vehicle--both driver and passenger sides. And they didn't reset my "maintenance due" message in dashboard display.

I told the person who helped me that i recently moved to Oklahoma from California. The staff member mention that Big O Tire don't recognize out if state warranty. He than suggested that it was a joke, but those kind of joke should never be mention in frint of a customer.

It should not take 2.5 hours to rotate 4 tires and balance. I arrive at 8:15 am . My jeep was pulled in at 8:30am and left at 11:15. Bathroom was in terrible shape from day B4 . Toilet everywhere . Toilet with poop in it with about 1/2 toilet paper in it. Very very discussing site. No coffee, no water water no magazines to read. Doubt that I will be back since this is the 2nd. Time this store has let me dwn. P.S. came by on. Friday around 11:00 and service Man said there would be a 2 hr wait. I told him I had a meeting so I would come back by Saturday 8:00-8:15 and said that would be great could be able to get right on it..... P.S.S. I'm the one ur store back in October left my wheels loose and ran a tire off my jeep and ruin. Quite a few of my other lug nuts on. Other wheels. Would like Districr MGR to call me so we can discuss this event . Thnxs Mitch Clark 870-816-5037

Do I think the employees are doing he best they can? You know what probably. They were busy, there was a lot going on not just in the bays and in store area but, a lots of balls in the air with wrong parts being delivered and unable to find an in-stock match. I get it, I do. I couldn't do their job. Could not. I don't have the patience or the knowledge and being that busy is too much. But that being said, when a customer finds a ride to the store on a Friday evening expecting a repaired car only to find out her car is still on the lift and not close to ready and no one called her to say that ahead of time. it's completely rude and unprofessional not to be notified ahead of time. That wasn't even my car. I was just there for it. My truck needed tires. One of two of my custom lug key things was lost and one of the desk guys said he found it and gave it to me. Then later he called and said the mechanic put it my chair. I did later find the one I thought was lost in my car so I don't know what he gave me to get me out of there. Anyways, I think you have good guys there but they are overwhelmed.

They always do a great job but they are slow!! Just an oil change takes 2-3 hours!

I've been coming to this location for years and have never paid for a tire rotation when getting a full-synthetic oil change. The guy insisted that if the tires weren't purchased from Big O then he had to charge me $20. I questioned it and told him that I'd been a loyal customer for years and he said he had to. Then he calls me later in the day to try and sell me on the idea that I needed a list of services done to my vehicle. I know this is business protocol but the things he tried to sell me weren't true to my knowledge. I take care of my vehicle and only take it to someone for an oil change because I don't like hassling with spent oil. The overall customer service was terrible as he seemed to be more upset about working a Saturday than he was interested in providing a quality service. Anyway, I believe I'll find a new place to get oil changes if this guy is working next time I'm in.

Had a basic oil change and tire rotation done on my Silverado 1500. Got me in quick and done within an hour with friendly service. But it cost about 30% more than most other places charge, even with a discount coupon. So you're going to pay for the good service.

$20 for a tire repair is ridiculous.

I really enjoyed talking to the tire technicians while they repaired my tire, and I was really surprised how fast they got to it.

I have used this dealer for years but I will never return to them again I had a flat tire on a 2015 truck with 50k miles and they told me they couldn't fix the tire because not only did it have a nail but it had a crack on the side and couldn't be fixed well I took it to a store at 59th and s. May they fixed it for 15.00 and I have drove on it now for a month and no problems! They seen the mileage and they just wanted to sell me new tires! I wouldn't be writing this but what really pissed me off was the spare tire they put on only had 10lbs of air in it when I got home which is 6 blocks from them. If that's what they do for other customers they need to clean house and start over!!! I will never go or refer BIG O Tire in mustang again. I am not a hibdon tire fan but they cannot be worse than big o . I am glad I didn't buy new mags and tires from them like I had been planning on doing lol. Hope this helps the next customer from getting ripped from them!!!!!!!

I bought another new tire and had them fix a tire I had bought previously from them. They were polite and professional. They also installed a windshield wiper blade at no cost.

Was promised a call back 42 hours ago to settle damages on my vehicle. Have corporate claim number. I'm probably not the best customer to be sent a review request before the issue was settled.

Great price for quality service and product.

I was there to simply have my wheels balanced. I called to make an appointment and I was told to come emediatly and it would take 30 min. I was there for 2.5 hrs. When the job was finished my tires for my vette were put on backwards (directional tires). When I asked the 2 guys in the shop to fix this, they argued that I was wrong. These style of tires have an arrow on them to show proper rotation. So I went home and after the long wait I had to rotate my tires myself.

Bought a new set of tires. In and out as quick as possible.

The tire guys in back scratched 3 of my wheels. After telling my wife it would be quick she set there for over 3 hours and was lied to. Probably won't be coming back in.
