Mr. Coats, I would appreciate if you would call me on this matters so possibly in the future you could put new guide lines in order so the problem that I had will not occur with future customers. I had 4 new tires mounted/balanced , took 3hrs (which I had an appt) Drove 5.3 miles and left front steer tire/wheel came off. Ruined lug bolts ruined Alunium wheel. Besides almost causing a terrible accident. Brought vehicle back to ur business and took another 2hrs to swap spare tire around and TORGUE ALL WHEELS. This was an aweful trip, from the guy (Robert) that called me sweetheart then told me all the ways that my jeep is a terrible car to own. To getting into my car with glovebox sitting on the floor, so I had to go back and get it put back installed, then to the charge to rotate and telling me I have to pay for a balance when I bought the tires there. To someone pulling the weights off my front left tire and now I have a significant shimmy between 50 and 55. I travel for the government a ton and do not have time to continue to come back for these mistakes. Last time tech snapped 90% of my chrome caps off. I would love a call back and some kind of compensation. I try to continue to support big O with Hibsons moving up the road, but this is the same games Hibsons plays. I work on cars, so I know when I'm being jerked around. Very disappointed.

Recently moved from Kentucky were my local Big O treated me like a KING. Decided to try this location out and was pleasantly surprised with the store. I was kept in the loop about the status of my car. Arrived for an oil change and rotation and had to have my left front fixed. The problem was MAJOR in my book and the inspection was HONEST and to the point. THAT I appreciate the most, HONESTY. LOVE the idea of fresh coffee without the 4 hour old pot sitting there. Clean and neat waiting area. Be proud MEN, you pleased this customer. I'm a KING now in YUKON, OK

Got there at 0900 to have tires that I bought at Big O Tires balanced and rotated. There was only one truck in the bay. Took over 1 1/2 hours to get this done. Then I had to tell the guy at the counter that my car was parked at the curb waiting on me so he could give me my keys. Everytime I've gone to this store its the same story, Very slow service.

All of your associates I had contact with were friendly and professional. But I went to your business to have a set of tires put on not to be told I needed an oil change. I made it clear I do my own oil changes. I was charged for a oil change I didn't receive and supposedly was not deleted by "accident". Yes I was refunded the money but that is not point. I realize you are in the service business but I do not like feeling like I am on a car lot. I left Big O Tires in the past because of some their sales practices, alas somethings never change. Sorry but I will never recommend Big O tires to anyone.

The technicians seem to take their time on replacing the brakes on my truck. I was there for approximately three hours and they worked on my truck for approximately 30 minutes

My daughter came down for an oil change and they tried to sell her struts so she went to the dealership where we purchased the car and they told her there was nothing wrong with the struts.

Customer service was great. Justin was helpful with assisting me on new wheels and tires. They took me home so I didn't have to wait at store. Went back at 5pm thinking it would be done since I dropped it off at 11:30am and waited approximately another 2 hours (around 7pm). However I had to go back next day due to the TPS monitors were not set right and could not be programmed for some reason, so had to move tires were so the are same as info center on truck.

Honestly I just need to go to a different place that doesn't try to sell me stuff that I may not really need. I have taken my daughters car in a couple times and they have recommended 900 of work that when taken to a second AND third opinion the work was defiantly not needed. They also tried to get me to have her car aligned without do the 900 of work that included shocks and struts. Even I know if the shocks or struts are out that an alignment is a waste of money. Unfortunately I did let them replace her brakes, which I am still convinced that not all the parts they said needed replaced needed to be.When I brought my car in they insisted that I needed a new tire and an alignment. Even though I'm a single mom and can't make ends meet I let them talk me into 300 of work. My car had no previous issues with the alignment but after they "aligned" it is DEFIANTLY did have problems! I almost couldn't keep it in the correct lane going 45 mph. When I took it back and said "hey something isn't right!" the guy pulled my ticket and had another guy look at it. Low and behold it was now out of alignment! No apology for the problem or inconvenience NOTHING!! So what. Did I just pay to get it aligned for them to throw it out of wack and then have to come back in for them to fix what they messed up!?!? Probably. Lesson learned. But hey, I guess they make money by telling people something is wrong when it isn't so they can sell more. I will not EVER be back. I feel cheated and there is no fixing that.

They did a good job. The only complaint I have is this. I made an appointment at 7am to have new plugs put in my truck. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hrs. I waited 4 and a half hours! It took them 3 hrs. Just to get the parts. It would of been nice to know this a head of time.

Big O Tires " Mustang, OK, shame on you. When I stopped by Big O to have a flat tire repaired I was told that it couldn't be repaired, which was understandable because the tires were very worn and I knew they needing to be replaced. Once I agreed to replace all 4 tires and get an alignment I was presented with a long list of "recommended maintenance and repair items". I opted to not do the repairs at that time because of the cost of the tires and alignment but returned 2-3 weeks later to knock a few of the more serious (or what I thought were serious) items off the list. I was going to have the front brakes replaced and rotors turned (during the first visit I was told the back brakes were okay for now) and the left CV joint replaced, I thought they were the most serious safety items on the list and should be dealt with first for safety concerns. The counter guy said, "I'll have to redo the quote", I said "okay". When he told us (my husband and I) the pricing on the new quote showed the brakes were almost doubled ($$$) from the first quote - I questioned him as to why the difference. He said, "the last quote, they were on sale", I said, "huh you didn't say they were on sale and I don't see an expiration date on the quote" he said, "there was a sign in front of the computer advertising the sale". Oh, I guess I must have missed the sign and how did it not at least need to be mentioned for such a significant savings that lasted a limited time, hummm" but I guess saying the sign was there lets you off the hook for shady practices. Anyway, we decided to decline anymore of Big O's services at that time, gathered our key and walked out. I'm so glad we walk out, it did us a favor...we were able to bring it to another Automotive shop in Mustang and got honest advice on "safety' type repairs. Not just a list of items that would bring in a lot of cash and most likely commission for someone. As it turns out, all the brakes were bad, the rotors had to be replace because they were warped and they couldn't be turned. I didn't need any of the fluid services being recommended. The CV joint didn't need to be done and the shocks/struts (that was also recommend replacing from Big O on the first visit) didn't need to be replaced. Also, there was another serious safety issue that Big O didn't catch that I had repaired. I got the feeling that Big O is in the business to make excessive amounts of money on quick repairs that are not safety related or needed and they don't care about the safety of their customers by doing repairs that are needed just ones that they can make a quick $$$. I will never go back, not even for flat repairs on the tires I bought 3 weeks ago.

I came in for a free tire repair/slow leak and to go ahead and have my tires rotated. Several people came in after me and were finished before me. Another lady left because she had been there to long. I waited about an hour and 45 minutes. I also really do not believe they rotated the tires as the tire with the slow leak was put in the same place it was taken off (passenger rear). Having said all that, it is no big deal as I believe two people were out sick and there was a guy from another store there to help out. So at least an effort was made to fix the problem.

I got off of work at 530pm, searchedThe net for the closest tire shop .this shop was closes I noticed they close at six I got there with 15minutes to spare and asked the gentleman at the front counter if I had enough time to get my tire fixed he explain that they were done for the day I guess when you close at six and really means you don't close at six you close early which is very convenient for them but not for the customer .I will not be returning to this business for any tire issues repairs or purchases .

Nothing was greesed Front different was not checked. Coolant low Power steering fluid probably low. Way way over priced. $180 plus for oil change and air filter. Walmart would have been around $85, plus filter. Needed two bolts installed that would have required drilling. Said they couldn't do it. Good mechanic, right tools, could have. Ya'll had done good work for me in the past. Would have questioned the $180, but I thought that included my tire balance and rotate, which I asked for.
