I was having trouble finding tires for my car and Big O was the only store that offered to order some for me. I appreciated it so much!

I should have asked for the price, it was a new vehicle and I assumed it would be the same price as my old vehicle.

The guys were friendly and fast even on a blazing hot afternoon. I'll be back soon for truck tires!

I came in for a flat repair. My tires were all weather cracked and separating. They showed me all that to me, so I purchased 4 new ones that were in stock.

They got me in quick to replace my flat tire and then they saw I had another issue on another tire that they couldn't repair so I bought replacements. The ability to get in and out without a long wait was great so I came back two days later and bought two more tires and the black gentleman that put on my first set remembered me, shook my hand as I told him I was back again for more tires. Called the day before, having all my service performed by the staff, they know me. It’s like I’m calling my brother to fix my problems. Got a call after they opened that the tires arrived, I arrived and they took over. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and made me feel like family.
