Nice folks, good, honest service!

My salesman Dallas H really knew his stuff when it came to tires, he also pointed out the fact that my rear shocks were causing the uneven wear on my rear tires. I totally trust these guys, they do a great job

As a customer of Big O tires in California for over 25 years, I now reside in Oregon. This is the first time visiting this branch of Big O, I received very good service on my vehicle, it needed to have the tires rebalanced and rotated. I will continue to be a customer of Big O as long as I have a vehicle.

It was nice to get what we asked for the first time instead of realizing that we were substituted something because they did not have what they quoted. They beat our competitors price in the initial quote, without having to get a price match. Also as a business that woeks from our can, they madeus feel like we were a priority and got us in and out very quickly. 10 out of 10.
