mike the manager was awesome, didnt sell me something i dont need or needed. very friendly, fast, efficient, 1 stop shopping for all of my car needs!!

Had problem with electrical system was difficult to diagnose. Midas manger Melvin kept digging and solved problem and kept me updated throughout process. All good

Michael was great, I was able to go right after work and wait with my car while I got my oil changed. Everything was explained to me and he gave me a heads up about my spark plugs and front breaks that will most likely need work done in the next few thousand miles so it isn't a sudden problem that pops up on me one day. My only thing was it did take longer then originally estimated and it would have been nice if I knew when they actually started work on my car, or if they did start right away that it was going to take longer then they anticipated. Over all though, I had a very good experience with them and have already recommended this location to a few people.

Midas in Natick on Rt 9 does a great job! I have total confidence in their team. Highly recommend.

Mike Shivik explained what needed to replaced/repaired in a way that was simple to understand allowing me to decide exactly what work I want done during my visit. He managed to find a specific replacement tire to match the ones I had on my car. Repairs were done quick. Friendly and Great customer service.

Service advisor Mike was great. I stopped by at 2:30 pm on a Saturday and needed to get my daughter’s brakes replaced before she left to go back to school the next morning. Two other places said they couldn’t do it. Mike said no problem. He said he’d put his best tech Tim on it. Car was ready at 3:45. Work was excellent. (Tim turned out to be the owner).

The atmosphere was kind and considerate. Melvin and the crew were all courteous and offered helpful advice. The diagnostics and service repairs were accurate and transparent. I would be comfortable having my car serviced there again and recommending others

Friendly service. I ordered tires online and arrived to the appointment but the tires hadn't arrived yet. Without asking, the rep called the delivery to give me a time frame and promised to call when they arrived. The rep followed through, was professional, and gave excellent customer service.

Took me right away. Oil change only took about 30 mins. Easy in and out

I have been going to Midas with my vehicles for several years for good reason. The staff are friendly and informative. They know their stuff. They explain what needs to happen and how much it will cost in a clear way, and I feel they care about doing a great job.
