As a person who doesn't know a whole lot about cars, I'm always nervous getting work done on my vehicles because I never know exactly what's going on. The guys at Midas were super kind, genuine, and helpful when they kept me updated on my car and I feel like I actually learned a bit in the process. I'm super glad they were able to do my rotors and brakes the same day I got the inspection done- I have no idea when I would have been able to get time to do it otherwise! The only downside was that the price was not nice, but I know that the cost of labor affects it so I do not hold it against Midas at all- mechanics gotta get paid! My brother had similarly positive experiences at the Bangor Midas when he had to get more work done, so I'm glad I chose to try Midas for my inspection instead of my usual VIP/O'Reilly's trip. Nothing against VIP, but I really enjoyed the overall vibe from the employees at Midas. I will definitely be using Midas for my future vehicle needs whenever possible.

The customer service at the Ellsworth store is exceptional. The front desk in particular (wish I caught his name) was extremely professional and assisted myself and several other customers with clarity, patience and thoughtfulness. I can see why this shop is highly recommended locally

I've had multiple issue with my jeep compass. I always call these guys first. Gino is awesome on the phone. He gets me in and out as fast and cost efficient as possible. The guys have always made sure to let me know if there is anything unsafe with my Jeep

This Midas has a staff that truly cares and helps with priority decisions. I am a volunteer driver and have a 2011 Ford Escape which I bought wholesale. They have been wonderful in the process of getting this vehicle back in shape. I cannot say enough good things about the Ellsworth Midas team.

I appreciate my service writer Lucas for his consistent friendly attitude and customer service, as well as Ethan and the rest of the technicians for their attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Everyone there was so friendly and explained in detail what was happening. I never felt talked down to. I waited in the waiting room with a baby the whole day but it was a good experience.
