Excellent phone skills no matter who they are talking too, very friendly, professional and down to earth. Very accommodating with scheduling, answer any questions, good listeners and explain things very well. So far, I feel they can be trusted. I did try to schedule an appointment using the online tool but no one ever called me back to confirm or to make adjustments with the day and time I requested. I had to call by phone to schedule.

We choose Midas every time because they have fair prices and always go above and beyond. The service is done in the time frame they tell you. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Stopped in to e\get a quote replacing tire that was torn on the side wall. Withn 5 minutes I got a very reasonable quote. The tire was replaced and I was gone in 30 minutes.Could not ask for better service
