Big O Tires

The service I received at the counter was very good. This individual was friendly, helpful and professional. The problem was the mechanic that balanced my tires. The balancing was determined to be, "extremely out of balance due to the single plane balance"�. The two worst tires were 5.5 and 4.5 ounces out of balance. Due to extremely poor balance this caused a sever vibration which cost me $125.00 for the Chevy dealer to diagnose the problem. Because of the poor workmanship and additional cost to me I will no longer use this store or other NTB stores. This will cause me even more additional expenses because my purchase included lifetime rotation and balancing which I will not use. Furthermore I would recommend other potential customers choose other businesses instead of NTB.

The price was fair and the labor was great!

Honest pricing unlike others charging over $100 for an oil change service. I have brought all my vehicles to this location.

I was informed I had a bad tire and Tony didn't hesitate to show the actual defect on the tire in question.
