They always do a great job there. I’ve had brakes put on my truck. They serviced my watch car multiple times nothing but completely satisfied with everything they do at this location.

The manager, Josh, was very and professional accommodating. His answer to my question about a potentially serious problem signaled on the report was that it wasn't imminently dangerous but would continue to deteriorate and create other problems. He prepared a price proposal for the work with no pressure to accept. I have used Mike Johnson (johnson's AutoCare Conway) in the past and had a thought to get an opinion and estimate but Midas has been accommodating and professional in the past and I will go ahead with the repair in Josh's shop.

I called hoping to make an appointment for next week but the shop was able to accommodate me today. I was in and out within a half hour and extremely pleased to have gotten this service done as quickly as I did.

Kelly and Ron are a great team. They get things done efficiently and quickly. The headlight was cloudy on a used car I was purchasing. Ron said he could fix it. I had an appointment the next day. The headlight looked new when I picked it up an hour later.

I had run over a piece of metal and had to load up a spare tire on my jeep. I stopped by the shop to see if they could patch it up. Shawn was especially helpful and was able to patch the tire up, install it back on my vehicle and then mount the spare back up. They did this very quickly and efficiently with no issues. The team was very courteous. Would definitely come back.

Went to North Conway for a few days for vacation . We drove up from Massachusetts and realized our tires were pretty bad we stopped in Midas to see what they could do Kelly and her staff could not do enough to make us happy. They went well above and beyond
